Today was a pretty easy day, PSYCH 101 where we were asked to differentiate between 6 oral passages; 3 from a schizophrenic patient and 3 from "modern" poets. Easy right, well not quite so. The distinction between poetic and neurotic is seemingly as fine a line as that between confidence and arrogance. Psych 101 was followed closely by ENG 101 - writing for academia or something of the like.

August 15th arrived before I was ready for it, for some reason this race seemed like a good idea, although I’m not sure how I could have rationalized riding around in a rock infested 8km circle up a ski hill for 9 hours, but alas I did. So in actuality it is still Day 4, we left the Kingdom Trails with good vibes as we had now rode increasingly better trail 4 days in a row! After many many many countless hours of planning…okay so really this was a last minute long shot that somehow came to fruition.
